Q: What if I like a jewelry item, but it is not my size or color.
A: This is why we are “Tailored Treasure.”  If you find a bracelet, necklace or earrings that do not accommodate your size or color needs, in most cases the designer can work with you to create a new piece to meet your needs.  The price for the custom piece will be about the same as the original.  Contact us regarding your special item today!

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: - Ground shipping: $10, allowing 4-5 business days
- Express shipping: $15, allowing 3-4 business days

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Shipping fees are waived on orders over $500 and during some promotional campaigns.

Q: Can I ship my order to an international location?
A: No, currently we are only able to accept orders to shipping addresses within the United States and Canada.

Q: Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
A: To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Tailored Treasure does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.  However, Tailored Treasure is able to accept P.O. Box addresses for your billing needs.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days.

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Ordering on TailoredTreasure.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card information.
